Welcome to Terre. By using terrestore.com.au and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About us. Terre sells jewellery and related goods online within Australia. Contact: support@terrestore.com.au.
Orders & payment. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Terre is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on your order. An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable or a listing contains an error, and you'll receive a full refund.
Products. Our pieces are gold-plated brass with natural stones. Each natural stone varies slightly in colour and marking - this variation is part of the piece, not a defect. Product images are as accurate as screens allow.
Shipping & risk. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping policy for details.
Returns. Returns are handled under our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
The Five Elements reading. Our element reading is offered for reflection and enjoyment. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and no specific outcome is promised from wearing any piece.
Intellectual property. All content on this site - designs, images, text, and the Terre name and marks - belongs to Terre and may not be reproduced without permission.
General. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If any part is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies.
