What are Terre pieces made from?
Gold-plated brass set with natural stones. Each stone is a little different, so small variations are part of the piece, not a flaw. Made to be lived in, not locked away.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Keep it dry, store it in its linen pouch, and wipe gently with a soft cloth. Perfume first, jewellery last. Take pieces off before showering, swimming and sleeping.
Will the gold plating last?
With gentle care, yes. As gold-plated brass, the finish can soften with daily wear - keeping it dry and away from perfume and friction keeps it bright.
Shipping - where and how long?
We ship Australia-wide. Orders leave the studio within 3–5 business days, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as yours is on its way.
Standard is A$11 and generally arrives in 2-6 business days. Express is A$15, usually 1-3 business days.

Returns & exchanges
Seven days from delivery to change your mind. Send it back unworn and in its original packaging, and we'll issue store credit for the value of the piece. It doesn't expire.
Return postage is yours for a change of mind. If something arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, that's on us - we cover the postage and you choose a replacement or a full refund.
For hygiene, earrings can't be returned unless they're faulty.
Are the pieces adjustable, and how do I layer them?
Many chains include an extender, and charms are made to mix - add and restack as you change.
