Refund policy
We want every piece to feel right. If it doesn't, we'll help you set it right.
Returns. You have 7 days from delivery to return a piece. To be eligible, it must be unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging (linen pouch and box included).
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
How to start a return. Email support@terrestore.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. Return postage is at your cost, unless the piece arrived faulty or incorrect.
Store credit. Change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit (a Terre gift card) for the value of the piece, within 5 business days of your return arriving and being checked. Store credit doesn't expire and can be used on anything in the store. Original shipping costs aren't credited.
Faulty or incorrect items. If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us and we'll make it right.
Your rights. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality and match their description.
